About The Position

Luxa Enterprises is seeking an experienced Buyer to purchase hardware, raw materials, and production supplies. This on-site position involves negotiating with vendors, managing purchase orders, and ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement to support operational needs.

Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred, OR 3+ years of relevant purchasing experience.
• Experience managing supplier-related activities, optimizing purchasing processes, and ensuring the seamless acquisition of materials, equipment, and services essential for operations.
• Experience negotiating with vendors and purchasing materials, equipment, and supplies, evaluating vendor quotes to identify optimal suppliers.
• Strong integrity, business ethics, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to resolve conflicts, strategically engage suppliers, and drive efficiency in the purchasing process.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate with vendors to purchase materials, hardware, and supplies and evaluate vendor quotes to identify optimal suppliers.
• Coordinate changes to purchase orders as required.
• Track and manage purchase order deliveries and maintain supplier commitments.
• Build supplier relationships, oversee quality and delivery performance, and track demand to make cost-effective purchasing decisions.
• Align purchasing activities with planning decisions from internal teams to ensure timely and accurate purchasing.
