The semiconductor crisis exposed the need for our company to develop a set of new tools and capabilities -- using advanced analytics to manage constraints, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive innovations in the supply chain. Risk mitigation strategies are at the forefront of incorporating lessons learned from the semiconductor crisis, embodying the notion of upstream thinking, and using analytics to ensure that Ford emerges as a more supply chain resilient organization. We are seeking highly motivated team player to continue the development of a highly successful semiconductor safety stock program through an expansion of scope. This team works with our supply base as well as cross-functionally to assess semiconductor supply risk and implement risk mitigations. We are looking for a tenacious individual with exceptional organizational and people skills who can manage relationships across our supply base, VHM, PD, and Finance - and relentlessly drive the team toward its goals. In this role you'll have the opportunity to have a significant impact on the company's delivery objectives and have frequent engagement with leadership.
