Join our procurement operations team to manage purchasing activities and support business operations. You'll handle sourcing, purchasing, and transactional procurement while collaborating across teams to ensure compliance and efficiency.

  • Purchase materials, components, equipment, and supplies for timely delivery
  • Identify and develop new supply sources when needed
  • Provide transactional procurement support across multiple sections
  • Resolve procurement issues using subject matter expertise
  • Collaborate with internal partners to meet guidelines and requirements
  • Manage software license purchasing and capital/expense transactions
  • Work with tools like S4, Ariba, SAP, AMEX, Microsoft Office, and Chrome
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2-4 years of related experience (or Master's with up to 2 years)
  • Basic knowledge of buyer/planner functions
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-starter with a bias for action
  • Analytical and data modeling skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement systems
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and work collaboratively
