About The Position

Responsible for the procurement of supplies, equipment, and services from vendors. Evaluates purchase requisitions for completeness, contract compliance and conformity to Tenet policies and procedures. Converts approved requisitions into a compliant purchase order. Interacts with customers to assure needs are met. Has knowledge of commonly used practices and procedures within Supply Chain procurement. Reports to the Supply Chain director, supervisor, or manager. Performs a variety of tasks as assigned.
