Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience with ERP Systems, preferably Oracle EBS
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office tools
• Effective business communication skills
• Experience with Data Analytics (SQL/Python)

Responsibilities

• Assist the GA Procurement team in supply and inventory management of electronic components and mechanical hardware.
• Purchase materials and equipment from suppliers, including electro-mechanical assemblies and PCB assemblies.
• Plan material requirements and manage inventory levels using ERP systems.
• Identify supply chain material risks and monitor material flow transparently.
• Collaborate with Planning to communicate supply chain risks and mitigation strategies.
• Develop mechanisms for monitoring and updating open purchase orders and delivery requirements.
• Assist in supplier performance management and provide inputs for monthly scorecards.
• Support the Global Commodity Management team in maintaining supplier relationships and addressing supply issues.
• Resolve PO receiving errors and assist with invoice reconciliation.
• Manage supplier returns and processing of non-conformance reports.
