About The Position

The Weighmaster position at the Recycle Center in Cutler, CA, is responsible for providing excellent customer service while weighing and inspecting recyclable materials. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of experience operating a forklift.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and calculations.
• Ability to communicate professionally in English; bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Computer literate and able to learn company software.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service at the Recycle Center by weighing customer materials.
• Inspect and sort materials, distinguishing between CRV and non-CRV.
• Accurately record weights and create weight tickets using company software or by hand.
• Count cash payouts to customers and manage cash transactions.
• Drive a forklift to move bins and materials as required.
• Maintain a clean work environment and adhere to safety procedures.
• Attend mandatory safety meetings and perform other assigned duties.
