Day in the Life of a Buy and Bill Lead Key Responsibilities Leads new clinics through B&B implementation Organizes and implements routine training and education to providers and support staff for all PA clinics Manages the B&B program for all clinics live in assigned regions Supports B&B Manager, providers, and Ops during REMS audits and follows through to completion Guides RDs, PSs, and APSs through troubleshooting B&B issues as they arise Triages EMR system/workflow support needs during go-live and program steady-state Identifies and reports process gaps to B&B Manager and retrains where necessary Develops updates as needed and leads trainings for operators, providers, and RCM Operational Execution Manages day to day program operations, often responding to PA B&B needs real-time Maintains all program records including but not limited to: initial training attendance logs for clinic compliance, all spreadsheets and support documents, all REMS, ICS, DEA documents, and more Reinforces REMS requirements with identified support staff and providers at each center Manages supporting documentation for Risk Evaluation & Mitigation Strategies (REMS) and Incident Command System (ICS) Organizes and facilitates MWPA, WPA, and EPA weekly Buy & Bill meetings Reinforces Medgen B&B workflow for providers and support staff through ongoing training and education Tracks incidents and data quality and leads solutioning with B&B team, Ops, RCM, and others Travels onsite when needed to support day to day operations Supports procurement operations for the Buy & Bill Program as appropriate Supports other responsibilities as needed by the Buy & Bill Manager Travel Quarterly travel to Pennsylvania required Education and Experience requirements Minimum of 2 years' experience in medical office coordination preferred Training providers and staff on workflow and processes preferred Worked within an EMR (electron medical record) system Experience in procurement Experience with Excel, Microsoft Teams, Word, and Outlook Excellent communication and organizational skills Able to troubleshoot and remain impartial Has a self-starter mentality Position Benefits Have a daily impact on many lives. Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in medical office coordination preferred
  • Training providers and staff on workflow and processes preferred
  • Worked within an EMR (electron medical record) system
  • Experience in procurement
  • Experience with Excel, Microsoft Teams, Word, and Outlook
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Able to troubleshoot and remain impartial
  • Has a self-starter mentality
