Your role includes delivering anticipatory, white-glove service, coordinating in-suite dining and special requests, and creating a seamless, discreet environment that consistently surpasses expectations. Requirements

• Is 21+ years of age
• Has a High School Diploma GED or Equivalent

Nice To Haves

• Has preferably 1+ years of relevant experience

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate property information through daily use of talent portal, email and other forms of communication
• Prepare suite prior to guest arrival and coordinate room service set-up with special requirements guest may have
• Provide food and beverage service to designated suites; coordinate orders with Room Service Manager on duty to assure proper order is given and received
• Coordinate with Housekeeping to ensure that rooms are kept in superior condition at all times
• Maintain butler pantry and equipment to be kept up to company standards
• Perform other job-related duties as requested
