About The Position

As an essential part of the guest services team, the position is responsible for continually improving and maximizing each guest's experience by providing an exceptional level of personalized service and ensuring all guests' needs are met promptly and efficiently. Duties are performed in strict confidentiality, acting as a 'personal assistant' and being unobtrusive when not needed, in accordance with the hotel's standards.

Responsibilities

• Work with GSA to obtain pre-arrival data for advanced preparation of arrangements to maximize positive guest experience.
• Maintain complete knowledge of and compliance with guest profiles and departmental services, policies, procedures, and standards.
• Perform housekeeping duties as requested, including maintaining cleanliness and organization of guest and work areas.
• Perform F&B services as requested, including table setting, beverage service, and simple cooking.
• Perform concierge services as requested, including business services, dining recommendations, and event planning.
• Ensure guests' safety and security on property and provide safety tips when traveling off property.
• Perform any other duties directed by hotel management.
