The Butcher will chop meat to size for display or as ordered by the customer, cut, wrap, trim, produce sausage, packaging and pricing all meat items. He will maintain, fill, and stock cases, and receive merchandise in the meat department. The Butcher is responsible for providing prompt and friendly customer service. Team members work safely and adhere to all food safety and sanitation standards in each area of the department to provide customers with the highest quality meat offerings.
