Responsibilities

• Maintain overall cleanliness of the diner and patio.
• Clean tables, chairs, and floors promptly after guests leave.
• Restock paper goods in bathrooms and dining areas.
• Organize and maintain a clean dish area when stacking plates and glassware.
• Assist servers by pre-bussing tables when necessary.
