About The Position
Pocketeer Billiards & Sports Bar is a vibrant small business located in Buffalo, NY, specializing in entertainment and food. As we expand our operations, we are looking for dedicated and high-energy individuals to join our team. The Busser/Bar Back position is essential to our service model, as it supports the bar staff and enhances the overall customer experience. This role involves a variety of tasks that contribute to the smooth operation of our establishment, ensuring that our guests have a pleasant dining experience. In this position, you will be responsible for clearing tables and resetting them for the next guests, which is crucial for maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. You will also deliver food orders to guests, ensuring that they receive their meals promptly and accurately. Additionally, you will be tasked with washing glassware and restocking supplies, which helps keep the bar running efficiently. Keeping the bar stocked with beer and ice as needed is another key responsibility, as it ensures that our bartenders can serve drinks without delay. Maintaining cleanliness is a top priority, and you will be expected to clean and sanitize dining areas regularly.
