Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional brewhouse experience to our Guests by maintaining dining room cleanliness.
• Clear and set tables in a timely and efficient manner.
• Perform station opening/closing setup for each shift.
• Restock glassware, ice, and beverage items as needed.
• Polish, roll, and prep silverware for service.
• Ensure chairs, floors, and Guest dining areas are clean.
