About The Position
The busser is responsible for assisting the service team in achieving the optimum professional service to guests. This role involves maintaining a clean and orderly work area to ensure safety, assisting the service team with food and beverage service, and performing team service as instructed by the team leader/manager. Responsibilities include refilling water glasses and/or bread and butter, keeping tables free of dirty dishes, empty glassware, debris, and empty bottles, maintaining silverware service, and completing all side work as assigned in a timely manner.
