Requirements

• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to remain calm in a hectic, fast-paced atmosphere
• Demonstrated high level of organization and attention to detail
• Positive and friendly attitude toward guests and co-workers

Responsibilities

• Clearing dirty tables
• Resetting tables
• Sweeping the floor
• Emptying trash cans
• Stocking ice/products
• Maintaining a clean and organized back dock area
• Pre-bussing tables
• Assisting and communicating with hosts, servers, and other bussers
• Removing ketchups and refilling guests' drinks in some Cafes
• Setting up bar pre-mixes in some Cafes
