Your Role: Our successful Morton’s Busser promotes outstanding relations with all guests and fellow Team Members by providing service in a friendly, swift, and responsible manner. They thrive in a team base environment where everyone consistently uplifts and supports each other through detail oriented work and regularly doing what it takes to ensure all necessary work completed.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests in a friendly and timely manner at the table.
• Assemble and serve hot bread and butter promptly to each table.
• Clear plates and silverware.
• Sort and rack glasses, silverware, scrape plates, recycle at dishwasher area.
• Set/reset tables according to standard.
• Set up service stations, stocking/restocking during shift.
• Restock bar area, fill ice bin and assist Bartenders as needed
• Perform cleaning and side work duties as assigned.
• Delivers food to hotel rooms as needed by management
• Promotes outstanding relations with all guests and peers.
• Able to lift and carry 30 lbs. repeatedly.
• Able to stand and walk for 6-8 hours.
• Ability to work flexible schedules due to the needs of the business, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
