About The Position
The Rams Head Group is seeking an energetic, professional leader for the position of Busser/Bar back. This position is responsible for helping manage the daily operations of our restaurant. In addition, the busser/bar back will participate in engaging with the customers and keeping up with the flow of the restaurant. The busser/bar back is responsible for their section of the restaurant they are assigned to and keeping up with day to day task.
Responsibilities
- Follows and represents the example for all company policies, procedures and standards, while making sure they are being adhered to
- Being able to multitask during their shifts
- Attending to the guest/patrons of the restaurant and making sure everything is going smoothly
- Detail-orientated
