About The Position

As a Busser, you'll be a vital part of our dining team, ensuring that our dining areas are always ready for guests and that service runs smoothly. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are energetic, detail-oriented, and committed to providing excellent support to servers and a clean, comfortable environment for our guests. You'll play a key role in maintaining the flow of service and contributing to a positive dining experience.

Requirements

High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED), or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
This is an entry-level position with little to no previous work experience required.
Ability to obtain a food handler’s card.
Ability to obtain a state-issued Alcoholic Beverage License.
Requires lifting objects up to 50 lbs.
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, in settings that may include exposure to second-hand smoke and crowd noise

Responsibilities

Prepare the dining room for service, including setting and resetting tables for guest use.
Promptly remove dirty dishes from tables during and after the dining experience.
Assist servers with the delivery of food and beverages to tables.
Stock server-side stations as needed.
Sweep, mop, and maintain the cleanliness of the dining rooms.
Uphold cleanliness standards for your station and shared areas of responsibility.
Follow safe food handling procedures and provide a safe environment for guests.
Provide exceptional customer service to guests.
Respond appropriately to guest requests and communicate them to the relevant team members.
Follow all laws pertaining to the sales and service of alcoholic beverages.
Promote a fun, friendly, quick, comfortable, clean, and safe environment ("The Big Six").
