Busser (Full-Time Seasonal)
About The Position
We are seeking a full-time Busser to be part of the Food & Beverage department, reporting to the Restaurant Manager. You’ll get the opportunity to foster a culture of creating memorable experiences for members and their guests. Our ideal candidate has excellent communication skills and delivers a high level of member service while maintaining the highest integrity. You will work well under pressure, be a team player, organized, flexible, self-motivated, and reliable. You’ll have a chance to work with a passionate year-round Food & Beverage team of managers, supervisors, front and back of the house individuals, along with an exceptional group of seasonal people from around the world. Requirements
- Minimum of three (3) months of Busser experience in the hospitality industry.
- Experience delivering outstanding customer service while collaborating with other team members ensuring member satisfaction.
- Ability to meet physical requirements: standing, walking, and carrying up to 30 pounds.
- Must have effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Minimum High school diploma/GED or equivalent
- Any combination of education, training, and work experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities as described.
- ServeSafe food handler certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Delivers food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner to maintain the food's temperature.
- Interact with members and guests in a warm and friendly manner.
- Clean and sanitize tables, chairs, and dining areas after members and guests leave.
- Reset tables promptly and rotates products to ensure freshness.
- Replenishes beverages as necessary and checks with member and their guests for overall satisfaction.
- Support servers during busy periods by helping to carry trays and delivery food.
- Maintains proper and adequate set-up of assigned area daily.
