Summary: Sets and clears restaurant tables; stocks all service stations; assists food servers with table service. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Quickly clears dirty table settings and prepares tables for the next guest. Maintains cleanliness of server stations. Wipes down tables and chairs, and cleans floors as necessary. Helps servers with water service to guarantee guests always have water at their table. Transports all dirty dishes and glassware from the dining room to the bussing station. Performs any general cleaning tasks assigned by the supervisor. Performs all assigned side work, including polishing plates and restocking the server station. Performs other duties as assigned.
