JOB SUMMARY As a Busser, you are responsible for assisting servers in all tasks to provide exceptional service to guests. Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and stocking of dining areas and service stations.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old
• California Food Handlers Certificate required
• Commitment to delivering exceptional service
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Must be well organized

Responsibilities

• Stock all service areas with clean linen, china, silverware, and glassware
• Fill ice and water glasses
• Offer coffee, tea, or soda to guests
• Help carry food trays
• Maintain cleanliness of all service areas
• Sweep floors
• Wipe down countertops
• Empty trash receptacles
• Assist in set-up and clean up of tables
• Following checklists and standard operating procedures
• Other duties as assigned
