About The Position

At Cracker Barrel, the Busser role is essential for creating a welcoming and comfortable dining experience for guests. This position involves ensuring tables are clean, comfortable, and ready for new arrivals, thereby setting a positive tone for hospitality from the outset. As a Busser, you will be responsible for clearing tables and resetting the dining area, contributing to the overall smooth operation of the dining room. Working closely with the team, you will help create memorable experiences for guests. Cracker Barrel is looking for individuals who are proactive, take pride in their work, are organized, and possess a team-first mindset. No prior restaurant experience is necessary, as comprehensive training is provided.
