About The Position

The Busser plays a vital support role on our service team, ensuring each guest's table is perfectly maintained and reset to fine dining standards. This position is essential to maintaining the flow and cleanliness of the dining room and assisting in creating a refined, welcoming atmosphere for every guest.

Requirements

  • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 lbs., including full bus tubs and trays
  • Able to safely navigate slick or uneven floors and tight dining room spaces
  • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
  • Punctual, dependable, and able to adapt to changing floor needs
  • Must have Clark County Food Handler Card and Alcohol Awareness Card.
  • Friendly, courteous, and genuinely team-oriented
  • Well-groomed, professional appearance aligned with fine dining standards
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive service mindset
  • Positive demeanor and respectful approach to both guests and colleagues

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred: 1 year of experience in a full-service or fine dining restaurant setting
  • Ability to maintain composure, efficiency, and grace during high-volume service
  • Strong understanding of fine dining etiquette and table-setting standards is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Support the service team in delivering professional, attentive, and timely service to guests
  • Refill water glasses, replenish bread and butter, and provide additional table service as needed
  • Promptly clear tables of dirty dishes, glassware, silverware, and other debris
  • Replace used silverware and reset tables between courses and seatings
  • Perform assigned side work efficiently and according to daily checklists
  • Transport dishware, bus tubs, and trays to and from the kitchen and dish area safely
  • Assist in maintaining cleanliness and readiness of service stations, dining areas, and walkways
  • Follow instructions from service captains and managers with professionalism and consistency
  • Maintain awareness of guest needs and proactively communicate with servers or managers when required
