About The Position

Primary responsibility of the Buffet Busser is to clean tables and get them ready for the next guests. This is a high volume setting where speed and cleanliness are of the utmost importance. If time permits, it is acceptable to assist the food server.

Requirements

  • High School/GED preferred
  • 6 months related experience
  • Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses as required by local gaming regulations
  • Excellent guest service skills and communication skills
  • Ability to handle high volume and stress situations

Nice To Haves

  • Bi-lingual a plus

Responsibilities

  • Excellent internal/external guest service
  • Perform all side work as indicated by the start of shift checklist
  • Maintain cleanliness of side station and all work areas
  • Clear, wipe and reset tables according to table setting standards
  • Transport dirty items to dish room
  • Bring supplies from dish room; silverware, glasses, plates, coffee cups and saucers
  • Make regular periodic runs over the carpet with sweeper
  • Other reasonable duties as assigned
