About The Position

Join the team at Earth at Hidden Pond, an award-winning farm-to-table restaurant nestled in the woods of Kennebunkport, Maine. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Busser who takes pride in creating a seamless dining experience for our guests. As part of our collaborative front-of-house team, you’ll play an essential role in maintaining a clean, organized dining room, supporting servers, and ensuring every guest enjoys the warm, elevated hospitality that Earth is known for. Requirements

Must maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and co-workers
Engaging in clear, consistent communications with leadership and restaurant staff
Must know how to prioritize and respond in a timely fashion
Ensure that each customer is served efficiently and effectively
Bussers must know the basic food ingredients of each dish
Must be able to interact with others easily
Meets or exceeds restaurant guest satisfaction measures and provides exceptional guest service
Proactively relay all customer interactions and complaints to the Manager on duty
Must be a good example while working alongside team members
Must be able to be on feet for the entire length of shift
Must be able to lift 50lbs
