Ensures cleanliness of restaurant and bar. Responds to customer needs.
Requirements
Must be 16 years old to remove alcohol or as state regulations dictate.
Successful completion of hourly position validations, including reading training materials.
Responsibilities
Clear tables of dirty dishes & linens, wipe and reset table in a timely manner.
Serve water/coffee/tea.
Run food to customers from expo line to dining areas.
Communicate with patrons and staff conveying specials and concerns.
Other functions assigned by management (i.e. take out linen, trash, stocking, checking restrooms, bus tubs, refill ice, wash glassware, assist other FOH staff members, etc.)
