About The Position

Provide the highest level of quality and service to our guests in an incredibly friendly atmosphere. Assist servers in food service and restaurant cleanliness. Clean tables, carry dishes, set tables, replenish linens, silverware, glassware, and dishes.

  • No prior restaurant experience required, although useful.
  • Must be at least 16 years of age.
  • Must take and pass all training tests 90% or higher.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing the restaurant for dining service by setting up section, including polishing and preparing items such as linens, silverware, and glassware before they go to the floor and assisting at setting them at the table.
  • Greet all guests in a warm, personal, and friendly manner.
  • Assist Service team as needed by removing dishes and glasses from tables or counters throughout guests' meal and take them to the kitchen for cleaning.
  • After the guest has finished dining, prepare the table by clearing and cleaning the table and resetting it for the next guest.
  • Assist guests with any requests or concerns and take action to correct any problems.
  • Stock service areas with supplies such as tableware and linens throughout service period.
  • Assist in removing trash from full receptacles and replacing liner throughout the restaurant.
  • Polish and restock plates, glassware, and silverware as needed.
  • Take extra care to maintain the highest standard of cleanliness in each duty performed.
  • Conduct restroom checks to ensure all paper goods are fully stocked, the ground is free of rubbish, and remove trash from full receptacles and replace the liner.
  • Clean up any spills that occur in the dining room, disposing of glass safely (if applicable).
  • Assist in preparing rollups for guests use.
  • Must be dependable, report to work as scheduled and on time, and follow all policies regarding scheduling and attendance.
