About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and diligent Busser to join our team. As a Busser, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. Your main responsibility will be clearing and resetting tables, as well as assisting the servers and other staff members as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods.
• Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience as a Busser or in a similar role is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Clearing tables promptly and efficiently, ensuring all dishes, glassware, and utensils are properly cleaned and stored.
• Assisting servers with delivering food and beverages to tables.
• Resetting tables and ensuring they are clean, tidy, and ready for the next guests.
• Refilling water glasses and restocking necessary items.
• Handling guest requests and inquiries in a polite and professional manner.
• Assisting in general cleaning duties, such as sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing work areas.
• Adhering to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe dining environment.
• Collaborating with the kitchen and serving staff to provide excellent customer service.
• Following all company policies and procedures, including uniform and grooming standards.
