About The Position

The Busser will provide support to the food server by attending to the needs of guests.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Previous bussing experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, with variable overtime.
• Must be able to tolerate areas containing secondary smoke, high noise levels, bright lights and dust.
• Food Handler Certification

Responsibilities

• Provide supplies to servers.
• Polish and stock equipment for operations (silverware, linens & glassware).
• Sets up, clear, and clean tables before, during, and after the service.
• Sets up the tables with tabletop equipment per design.
• Ensure that guest tables are always maintained to our standards and in a timely fashion.
• Ensure coffee is made and ready to be served.
• The ability to assist servers as requested.
• Perform all opening and closing side duties.
• Provide fast, friendly, professional, and responsive customer service to restaurant guests and restaurant staff.
• Other duties as assigned.
