This position supports the service team by ensuring tables are impeccably maintained and reset with precision, allowing guests to enjoy a seamless and memorable dining experience in a Michelin-aspiring environment. Requirements

• Previous restaurant or fine-dining experience preferred, but not required
• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining an immaculate dining room
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-standard service environment
• Professional demeanor and a team-oriented mindset
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift trays, and move quickly and safely.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 Lbs repeatedly.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Clear, clean, and reset tables promptly and precisely to Arlo’s service standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, service stations, and guest areas
• Support servers and food runners with table maintenance, water service, and guest needs
• Refill water glasses and assist with bread service or table enhancements as directed
• Ensure proper table settings, linens, and alignment before and during service
• Communicate effectively with the front-of-house team to support service flow and timing
• Uphold all safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards consistently
