About The Position

Sugar Factory has become a colossal hit across the country and the world offering everyone a sweet escape. Come join the Sugar Factory team! Busser/Runners assist servers, bartenders and BOH. They are responsible for proper table set up and cleanup, assisting servers and bartenders to ensure guests have all of their needs met. They run food from BOH to guests in a timely and proper order using appropriate steps of service. They play an important role in guest satisfaction as they are also responsible for checking on customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems. Sugar Factory is a fast paced and high volume dining restaurant. Busser/Runners are expected to work well under pressure.
Requirements
- Restaurant experience: 1 year (Preferred)
Responsibilities
- Assist servers, bartenders and BOH
- Proper table set up and cleanup
- Assist servers and bartenders to ensure guests have all of their needs met
- Run food from BOH to guests in a timely and proper order using appropriate steps of service
- Checking on customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems
- Work well under pressure
