Position Summary The Busser role is essential in providing an immaculate dining experience for our members and guests through attentive and responsive service.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a busser or in a similar role in a restaurant or club setting is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• A commitment to delivering a high level of customer service.
• Ability to work on feet for an extended period and lift heavy trays or dinnerware when necessary.
• Flexibility in scheduling, with availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clear, clean, and reset tables promptly after guests leave, ensuring the readiness for new diners with attention to detail and adherence to table setting standards.
• Assist servers with food delivery to tables as needed, making sure all service runs smoothly.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including floors, service stations, and table linens.
• Stock service stations with necessary supplies, such as linens, silverware, glassware, and dishes.
• Collaborate with the service team to remove any obstacles impacting the flow of service.
• Respond quickly to requests from guests and servers in a polite and friendly manner.
• Support other team members by assisting in additional tasks, contributing to a team-oriented environment.
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations, as well as the Club’s safety and hygiene policies.
