About The Position
The Busser is responsible for clearing and sanitizing tables, transporting dishes and other items to the kitchen and assisting waitstaff with other assigned tasks. Requirements
- You are at least 16 years old
- You are able to lift up to 50 pounds
- You are able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Responsibilities
- Ensuring waitstaff can focus on the guests and make sure that food comes out in a timely fashion
- Clearing and sanitizing tables for the next group of guests
- Disposing of trash and other waste
- Keeping the restaurant stocked with adequate supplies, such as plates, glasses, silverware, and napkins
- Assisting cooks, servers, dishwashers, and bartenders with various tasks as needed
