About The Position

Ten Five Hospitality is launching a new restaurant and lounge concept in Georgetown, seeking experienced professionals to create an elevated dining experience. Ideal candidates should have a strong background in fine dining service and a passion for delivering exceptional hospitality. Bussers are responsible for setting tables, ensuring silverware is correctly placed, and keeping glasses full. They support servers and ensure tables are set and cleared efficiently.

Requirements

  • Six (6) months previous bar, restaurant, or hotel experience
  • Excellent listener and communicator
  • Ability to focus on guest interaction and multitask
  • Team player and able to anticipate others’ needs
  • Positive Attitude
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays when required

Responsibilities

  • Assist when asked with guest requests and when needed for server needs
  • Maintain cleanliness by picking up any debris or spills/grease on the floor
  • Look for overall cleanliness of the dining room by checking chairs, banquettes, as well as underneath tables
  • Operate as a member of the team, helping others and requesting help when needed
  • Reset tables according to the floor plan
  • Restock of the servers’ station with silverware, plate ware and glassware
  • Help clear tables with the assistance of a server
  • Provide water service and maintenance
  • Mark tables corresponding to the server section you are assigned to
  • All other duties as assigned
