Santa Monica Seafood is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Part-Time Bussers to support our dynamic Café team in Santa Monica. This role is essential to creating a welcoming, efficient, and enjoyable dining experience for every guest. Requirements
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with excellent communication skills.
- Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience by maintaining clean, organized tables and ensuring water levels and table settings are refreshed promptly.
- Support the service team by setting up and replenishing condiment stations, trash containers, and maintaining a sanitary bussing station.
- Communicate clearly and consistently with servers and management to ensure guest needs are met quickly and professionally.
- Assist with proper setup and breakdown of the bus station and complete side work responsibilities.
- Help with polishing and stocking service tools (silverware, glassware, plates) and maintain cleanliness in all service areas.
- Assist with the host station at times
