About The Position
The Busser plays a key role in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment. This position supports the waitstaff by setting tables, running food as needed, maintaining ice supply, and ensuring guest needs are communicated promptly. The Busser also assists with dishwashing tasks, bar support, and general cleanliness throughout the restaurant.
Requirements
- Must have flexible schedule to include working weekends and holidays during busy season
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or general education degree preferred
- Restaurant or customer service experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Clean tables and remove dishes after party leaves
- Assist in running food to tables when necessary
- Notify servers when tables need attention or guests need service
- Carry loads of soiled dishes to the dishwashing area to be cleaned
- Assume other duties and responsibilities required or assigned by management.
