About The Position

Working alongside Food and Beverage Management Team at The Peninsula Beverly Hills, we are seeking a Busser for The Belvedere who possesses a genuine warmth and sense of hospitality.

Requirements

• Friendly demeanor and great “connection” with people
• Experience in a luxury hotel or other luxury environment
• An open and flexible schedule with the ability to work on the weekends and holidays
• To frequently communicate with colleagues and to maintain an excellent rapport within the entire Food & Beverage Department to stimulate continuous improvement
• To be eligible to apply, you must have a US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Prepares for patrons by cleaning and clothing tables; setting decorations, condiments, napkins, service plates, and utensils.
• Supports wait staff by setting-up and replenishing condiment stands, trash containers liners, and bus stations.
• Closes dining facility by cleaning chairs and tables; sweeping and/or vacuuming floors; removing trash and recyclables from the facility.
• Updates job knowledge by participating in staff training opportunities.
