About The Position

As a Busser at Fox Bros BBQ, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience. You will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area, assisting servers, and ensuring efficient table turnover. Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment will contribute to the overall success of our restaurant.

Requirements

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects throughout the shift.
Food handler's permit or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

Clearing and resetting tables promptly to maintain a clean and organized dining area.
Assisting servers with refilling beverages, delivering food, and accommodating guest requests.
Removing used dishes, utensils, and glassware from tables and transporting them to the kitchen for cleaning.
Emptying and cleaning trash receptacles regularly.
Assisting in maintaining cleanliness and tidiness in all areas of the restaurant, including dining room, restrooms, and server stations.
Providing friendly and attentive service to guests, answering questions, and addressing concerns when necessary.
Collaborating with kitchen and serving staff to ensure smooth communication and efficient service.
Adhering to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and staff.
Assisting in other tasks as assigned by management to support the overall operation of the restaurant.
