The Busser is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of the restaurant. They are also responsible for helping the servers provide an enjoyable atmosphere for our guests. Bussers need to have open communication with the hosts and managers to ensure all reservations and walk-in guests are taken care of in a timely manner. This position is expected to help assist in restocking as well as removal of all dirty dishes.
