We are looking for a Busser to join our team at The Saint! The Saint experience focuses on fresh pasta, dry-aged steaks, and options for vegetarians and vegans. What we are looking for: Work with servers to ensure proper guest service. Polish flatware, set up tables with appropriate silverware, glassware, linen, condiments, accessories, and fold napkins properly. Clear, clean, and sanitize booth/chair and tables completely, and reset with clean linens, votive candles, glassware, and any additional tabletop items needed. Remove dirty dishes, debris, and linens from table and bring to the kitchen for proper washing and disposing of trash in designated receptacles. Coordinate table availability and constantly communicates with server, hostess, and management to ensure tables are turned efficiently. Serve water, coffee, soft drinks, and refilling when needed. Ensure that dining room floors are clean and free of debris. Perform other job-related duties as requested. We offer competitive pay and company benefits!
