About The Position

The Coral Casino, by Chef Thomas Keller, is located within the iconic and recently restored Montecito social club. Now, for the first time in nearly a century, this historic restaurant and landmark will be open to the public. Located along the picturesque coastline of the Pacific Ocean and Butterfly Beach, it will blend its storied past with a modern approach, featuring Chef Thomas Keller's reimagined Continental cuisine for today's contemporary audience. Chef Thomas Keller's newest project is looking for individuals who are enthusiastic about food, beverage, and hospitality to join the team as a Busser. Qualified candidates will possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar environment. The Busser is responsible for clearing and resetting tables in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring quality of all itrms being set on the table. The Busser will display hospitality in welcoming all guests, and ensuring they are given responsive, professional and gracious service at all times.
