Requirements

• Previous restaurant experience is a plus, but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods

Responsibilities

• Promptly clear used dishes, glassware, and silverware from tables
• Reset tables with clean linens, utensils, and tableware
• Refill water glasses and assist with beverage service as needed
• Maintain cleanliness of dining room, service stations, and restrooms
• Support servers and hosts in ensuring smooth service flow
• Assist with setting up and breaking down dining areas before and after shifts
• Respond to guest requests in a courteous and timely manner
• Follow all health and safety guidelines
