Our signature lively atmosphere makes The Smith a versatile setting for an after-work bite, drinks on the town, a birthday bash, a working lunch, a bountiful brunch, or an I-don’t-want-to-cook-tonight night. The Busser position involves supporting the dining room operations.

You have previous experience as a Bartender

Responsibilities

Reset and prepare tables quickly and efficiently to support the flow of service
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, including clearing tables, wiping surfaces, and restocking service area
Support servers and runners by assisting with water service, bread service, and general table maintenance
Anticipate the needs of guests and the service team to ensure a smooth dining experience
Work collaboratively with all Smith team members to maintain pace and hospitality standards
Uphold all food safety, handling, and sanitation requirements
Assist with opening and closing side work, including stocking, polishing, and cleaning
