About The Position

JOB SUMMARY The Busser/Runner plays a vital behind-the-scenes role in delivering a seamless dining experience at The Foundry Room. This position supports the service team by keeping the dining room moving efficiently, ensuring tables are clean and ready, and delivering food with speed and care—all while maintaining the high standards that define our guest experience. WHAT YOU’LL DO · Support servers and the kitchen by running food promptly and accurately to guest tables. · Clear, reset, and maintain tables quickly and efficiently to support smooth seating flow. · Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the dining room, service stations, and back-of-house areas. · Refill water, assist with guest needs, and support service moments as directed by the team. · Communicate effectively with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service. · Anticipate needs of both guests and teammates in a fast-paced environment. · Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety guidelines. · Assist with opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned. · Take on additional duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the hotel. Requirements

  • Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred, but not required.
