About The Position

The Busser plays an essential role in creating that experience by supporting the front-of-house team, ensuring tables are clean, well-prepared, and ready to welcome each guest with the highest standards of service.

Requirements

• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays or items for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Clear and clean tables efficiently between guest seatings.
• Reset tables with proper place settings, utensils, and glassware.
• Refill water, assist servers with beverage or food delivery as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, service stations, and floors.
• Assist with stocking supplies, including napkins, glassware, and condiments.
• Support servers and other team members to ensure prompt, courteous service.
• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines as outlined by the property and health regulations.
