We’re looking for hospitality focused Bussers to assist our dining room team serving our guests with the highest level of professionalism and friendliness, while maintaining a focus on cleanliness, health, and safety regulations. Our attentive Bussers are key to making the experience for our guests positive and keeping the atmosphere friendly and professional.

Requirements

  • 16+ years of age
  • Reliable transportation
  • Available to work flexible shifts to include mornings, days, evenings, and weekends.
  • Maintain professional appearance and a positive attitude.
  • Acquiring and maintaining a current Maricopa County Food Service Worker Certification.

Responsibilities

  • Consistently keep the dining area clean and well-organized, ensuring it presents a welcoming environment for our guests.
  • Maintains the highest quality of guest service and adheres to our high standards of health and safety guidelines, including acquiring and maintaining a current Maricopa County Food Service Worker Certification.
  • Ensures each table presentation is correct and pleasing to the eye; assisting the servers with water, bread and/or pickles, as well as pre-bussing; striving to not have more than two dirty tables in the restaurant at any given time.
  • Report to work on time according to scheduled shifts and maintain a regular and predictive attendance record and arrive in proper uniform maintaining a neat and kept appearance conveying a professional image for our guests.
  • Able to interact within the team and exhibit collaboration and mutual respect with team members to maintain an environment that supports our high standards of service.
  • Able to understand the Point of Sale (POS) system and be able to use it to accurately record clock in, clock out, and tip reporting.
  • Assists with restocking and other items in the Restaurant as requested to do so, including checking guest restrooms every half hour and cleaning, restocking, as necessary.
  • Maintains good hygiene and frequent washing of hands to maintain a safe environment for guests and coworkers.
