Responsibilities

• Ensure dining rooms are clean and free from trash and debris.
• Clear, clean, and reset tables quickly between seatings.
• Keep work stations, dining, bar, and slide areas well stocked with plate ware, glassware, silverware, linen, and paper products.
• Sweep and mop floors, wipe down work stations, walls, and furniture, and carry tubs into the kitchen.
• Ensure restrooms are cleaned, stocked, and orderly.
• Understand and keep to weekly cleaning duties.
