The United Center hosts concerts, other events, and is home to the Chicago Blackhawks (NHL) and the Chicago Bulls (NBA). As a Server Assistant with Levy, you will support servers by maintaining cleanliness, assisting with food and beverage delivery, and ensuring guests have a great experience while upholding Levy's standards.

Requirements

• Previous experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work as part of a fast-paced team.
• Basic math and communication skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain attention to detail.
• Must comply with uniform and professional appearance policies.

Responsibilities

• Assist servers by delivering food and beverages promptly and accurately.
• Clear and reset tables efficiently to maintain a clean dining environment.
• Support the team by restocking supplies and maintaining cleanliness in work areas.
• Follow all food safety and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
• Help monitor guest needs and communicate with servers as necessary.
• Adhere to uniform and presentation standards.
