As a Busser/Runner at Red Lobster, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a memorable dining experience. Your responsibilities will include welcoming every guest with a smile, setting up your station for the shift, ensuring silverware and condiments are on the table, refilling drinks, and pre-bussing. You will also be responsible for running hot food to guests when ready, providing support for servers, following food safety and cleanliness standards, clearing dishes from tables, resetting tables, and cleaning seats and floors. Additionally, you will communicate table readiness and break down items in the dish area. This position requires a team player with attention to detail and the ability to multi-task, as well as the physical ability to meet the demands of the job.
