About The Position

As a Felt Busser/Runner you'll be the backbone of our bar, ensuring everything runs smoothly while maintaining its pristine appearance! Your welcoming smile and great service will set the stage for an amazing guest experience.

Requirements

• At least 21 years of age
• 2+ Years of previous busser experience
• 6+ Months of experience in a fine dining establishment

Responsibilities

• Support cocktail servers by clearing tables and assisting with guest service
• Set and reset tables before, during, and after service
• Pre bus and bus tables quickly to keep the floor ready for new guests
• Keep side stations clean, stocked, and organized
• Set up bus carts and transport dishware to dishwashing areas
• Polish glassware and maintain stocked service areas
• Stock towels and sanitizing solutions in work areas
• Participate in venue promotions, marketing events, and social media engagement
